The Coogee View reception office is located to the right of the main entry foyer in Shop 2. We generally open during business hours during the weekdays and then work remotely, but we are always available for genuine emergencies, as we have an after-hours caretaker nearby.

The Coogee View Beachfront Serviced apartments operate at a very high occupancy rate all year round. We book out at times months in advance.
If you wish to extend your stay, let us know as soon as possible to check availability.
If you wish to cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy is 2 weeks before your stay (14 days).

Our recommendation is :
Light Rail (L2 Line):
The most direct route to the city (Central, Town Hall, Circular Quay) departs from Randwick Station (located near Coogee Beach) every 5 minutes.
Buses:
373: Connects Coogee to the City Museum (via Randwick).
350: Connects Coogee to the City.
313/314: Useful for shorter, local trips.
Trains :
Catching a train from Bondi Junction? It is a 12-minute drive from Coogee
Catching a train from Central? It is a 20 minute drive from Coogee
Key Locations Reached:
Sydney CBD/Town Hall: takes 25 - 35 min.
Circular Quay/Opera House: takes 30 - 40 min.
Sydney Olympic Park: takes 1h 15m however, requires a bus/train transfer.
Bondi Junction: Accessible via connections at Randwick

The Coogee View is a 20-minute drive from the Sydney Mascot Airport. You can get a hire car, a Taxi, Uber or Public transport from the airport.
Options for public transport from the airport- T8 train line (from Mascot - Green Square), then the 370 bus to Coogee.

Most people stay with us to look at the ocean, hear it and even smell the fresh air.
The promenade that stretches the length of Coogee Beach is wonderful for walks in the morning when the sun comes up, during the day and at night.
There are longer scenic walks, such as the Coogee to Bondi Beach walk along the coast and the South Beach walk along the cliffs and ocean.
There are kids’ rock pools and Coogee Beach is one of the safer surf beaches in Sydney, patrolled by lifeguards for everyone’s safety.
Coogee has some of the best dining options in Sydney, from high-class restaurants like Merivale’s Pavilion Hotel and Mimis to pizza and our lovely fish and beef burgers.
Coogee has two of the best beer gardens in Sydney, at Coogee Rooftop Pavilion and The Coogee Bay Hotel.
There is everything from dining, shopping and activites all here at Coogee Beach.

The Coogee View is facing Coogee Beach and overlooking the park and has a beautiful sunny aspect.
It is as close to Coogee Beach as you can get.

All our apartments vary slightly across the floors. Some have full beach and water views, others have park and some beach views.
Most importantly, our prime position as a building right by the water for super easy access to the famous Coogee Beach

Every apartment has its own Kitchen and Laundry , which is advantageous if you want to stay a few nights or more. All apartment have a balcony or terrace. Each apartment has its own bathroom and the larger apartments have an ensuite and a second bathroom.
Each apartment has a fully equipped Kitchen with ovens , crockery and cutlery to cook your own meals if you choose to eat in our spacious dining rooms or on the balcony.
Each apartments has Smart Tvs so you can watch your own streaming platforms and we do have full Foxtel (great for NRL (rugby League) and AFL , and digital channels.

The best apartment is usually the most expensive for a reason. The apartments have different positions within the building and as such the view and aspect varies.
Everyone wants a beach and Ocean view , but the location is important too. We have apartments at different price ranges and sizes to suit everyone

Yes - all apartments have an allocated car space marked for your use. The Parking is free of charge and/or included in the room rate.

Yes, all apartments have their own ducted Air-conditioning and heating.

There is nothing better than waking up with a coffee or tea overlooking the beach from your balcony.

There are many restaurants to eat out at Coogee, but sometimes you may want to eat in and get room service or food delivered through Uber Eats or Deliveroo.
Our dining tables and dining areas suit dining inside and even our balconies have dining tables for dining , breakfast or just enjoying a tea or coffee.

Yes you can request and book additional services or daily housekeeping at an additional fee.
A link is sent by text to every guest before they arrive, and additional services can be booked at that time.

No, the apartment rate is all you pay unless you wish to pay to have additional services or Housekeeping done.
We do ask our guests to be respectful and depart, leaving the apartment as clean as possible.
